The school community at Lyndhurst Elementary began a “Happiness Challenge” in May. Each week students are challenged to a daily activity to improve their happiness and well-being. The focus for the first week is gratitude and students are asked to draw or write two things each day that they are thankful for and to submit their pictures and list at the end of the week. Details of the challenge are delivered daily by a puppet through a video on the school’s Twitter account.
Here is one amazing result shared by a Lyndhurst family.
