Transitioning Students with Special Needs to Adulthood
An information evening for:
- parents and caregivers thinking about their child’s future
- 13-24 year old students with physical or social employment challenges
- students in a pre-employment program
- students in an ACCESS program
- Teachers or support workers
Learn about the process and timeline involved when transitioning youth with special needs to adulthood. More than 30 organizations that provide work, leisure and post-secondary education opportunities will be in attendance.
