Transitioning Students with Special Needs to Adulthood

An information evening for:

  • parents and caregivers thinking about their child’s future
  • 13-24 year old students with physical or social employment challenges
  • students in a pre-employment program
  • students in an ACCESS program
  • Teachers or support workers

Learn about the process and timeline involved when transitioning youth with special needs to adulthood. More than 30 organizations that provide work, leisure and post-secondary education opportunities will be in attendance.
