Registration is open – for children who are not yet school age – for the StrongStart Program, which marks a joyful beginning of their experience in the Burnaby School District.
The StrongStart Program is:
- for children from birth to age 5 to attend with their parent or caregiver
- run by qualified Early Childhood Educators who lead play-based learning
- funded by the Ministry of Education and Child Care and of no cost to participants
- takes place on school property in the Burnaby School District
Burnaby Schools have 12 StrongStart Centres. Registration is available throughout the school year and is not necessary if your child participated in the program last year.
