An information evening for:

• Parents and caregivers thinking about their child’s future
• 13-24 year old students with physical or social employment challenges
• Students in a pre-employment program
• Students in an ACCESS program
• Teachers or support workers

Learn about the process and timeline when transitioning youth with diverse needs to adulthood.  More that 30 organizations who provide work, leisure and post-secondary opportunities will be in attendance.
