The Provincial Health Officer is calling for physical and social distancing to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19 and making one another sick. This means keeping about two metres (six feet) from each other.
Wondering what social distancing means for families? We’ve created a simple information graphic – that was approved by the Ministry of Health – to help you make informed decisions about everything from playdates to playing sports outside.
Dr. Bonnie Henry has said when people go outside for fresh air, they should do so with members of the same household and while staying away from others.
For those who aren’t telecommuting, you may also find our information graphic on social distancing at work helpful.
We each play an important part in the physical and social distancing fight against COVID-19.
