SIGN UP FOR NEXT FALL
In partnership with Volleyball Canada, this individualized program focuses on overall skill set, positional training, strength and conditioning. Classes will consist of video analysis via ipad (slow motion instant replay), weight training by a certified strength & conditioning coach, and nutritional and mental preparation. Students can choose from two pathways:
Academy Stream: any student in grades 8-12 with a desire to incorporate a volleyball skill academy program into their academic pursuits.
Fee: $1680 per year (monthly payment option is available)
Elite Stream: selected students in grades 9-12 with a desire to pursue a high performance pathway while balancing their academic pursuits. Athletes must be assessed for the elite stream.
Fee: $1680 per year (monthly payment option is available)
Students participate 2 times per week – Tuesdays and Thursdays (7:00am – 8:30am)
This is an option for any Burnaby SD41 District student in Grades 8-12 with academic requirements met at their home school. Students receive credit for PE and a sport specific course.
