How to Participate in the Anti-Racism, Equity and Inclusion Survey

The Burnaby School District is committed to:

  • anti-racism, equity and inclusion, and
  • engaging with students, staff, families and community partners with care and compassion to ensure participants feel welcome, included and respected.

The Anti-Racism, Equity and Inclusion Survey is the start of a journey that the Burnaby School District embarks on with sincerity and hope. Please see below for how to participate.

What you share in the survey is anonymous and confidential. Separately, if you choose, you will have an opportunity to email us your name and contact information, if you would like to provide more in-depth input through participation in the next phase of the engagement process.

Students in Grades 6-12 will have an opportunity to discuss anti-racism work in-class and complete the survey. If you didn’t get a chance to do so, please check your district-issued email inbox for an email (May 20) with a link to the survey.

Parents and Guardians
Please check the inbox for the email address that you provided your school for an email (May 19) with a link to the survey.
