Cancellation

Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing to Facility Rentals 14 days prior to the booking for a refund or credit (minus applicable fees). Cancellations provided after this period are non-refundable.

Should the School District need to cancel a rental period, a refund will be provided at the end of the rental period.
