Join us for Burnaby’s first ever National Aboriginal Day Celebration! June 21st is a special day to celebrate the unique heritage, diverse cultures and outstanding achievements of First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples in Canada.
Everyone is welcome at this free, family-friendly event!
Afternoon Celebration

5:45 / Performance by the Musqueam Nation Wolf Pack dance troupe
6:15 – 7:15 / Food (tasty stew and bannock) is served until supplies run out.

This event is being presented by a community coalition: Burnaby Art Gallery, local parents, Burnaby Neighbourhood House, Burnaby School District, Burnaby Village Museum, and the Spirit of the Children Society. This event is hosted as part of the Burnaby Neighbourhood House Sharing Cultures Initiative.
