Infomanager Atrieve Update

To All Staff

IMPORTANT: Info Manager (Atrieve ERP) System Shut Down (November 8 – 11)

What You Need to Know:

  • Info Manager (Atrieve ERP) will be migrated to a cloud-hosted service.
  • The system will be unavailable from November 8 at 10:00am until Monday, November 11.  An email will be sent to let you know that the new system is online and ready for use.
  • If you need to book an absence and are unable to do so by Monday afternoon, please send an email to Human Resources, humanresources@burnabyschools.ca

What Will Change?

  • Telephone access to the Automated Dispatch Service (ADS) will change. The new number to reach ADS is 236-317-2650. This is a local phone number.
  • When the system is available, the new URL for the system is, https://burnabyschools.atrieveerp.com. Links to AtrieveERP in the staff section of the District web page and the staff portal will reflect this change and we encourage you to bookmark the new URL on your computer.
  • Other than core users, user names and passwords for staff will not change at this point.
  • Security policies associated with our hosted service sever the connection after 60 minutes of inactivity. The browser window will display a warning, allowing the user to reactivate the session prior to the 60-minute mark. If a timeout occurs, the user must log back into the application and any unsaved work will be lost.
  • Emails generated and sent from the system will come directly from the AtrieveERP email server and addressed from the following email, noreply@atrieveerp.com.
